a.) Confirmation for this that it is not necessary fill out

Still in Item No. 7, what are considered personal property? Can the petitioner just give an estimate based on his own knowledge of the price value of big items? Most people don't list the value of Personal Property - especially if their income exceeds the minimum requirement. For most, their most expensive Personal Property would be their car and it's not likely they would ever sell their car in order to provide for their household since that is usually how they would get to work. At any rate, he would have to have some sort of proof of its value.

b. What do I put in?

11. I intend

(If you check "intend," indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions. For example, if you intend to furnish room and board, state

for how long and, if money, state the amount in U.S. dollars and whether it is to be given in a lump sum, weekly or monthly, and for how long.

c. The blank part do I sign???

Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor

I acknowledge that I have read "Sponsor and Alien Liability" on Page 2 of the instructions for this form, and am aware of my

responsibilities as a sponsor under the Social Security Act, as amended, and the Food Stamp Act, as amended.________________

A) If your income is enough, you do not need to list assets. If you list assets, you generally need to get some kind of appraisal for the value of the items. You cannot use a vehicle unless it is the second vehicle you own..the primary vehicle is not allowed to be claimed as an asset.

B) For the K-1 visa, this question does not apply. Leave it blank and write N/A K-1 VISA PROCESS in the space below.

C) In the small blank you are referring to, you can sign or just put your initials there. Your signature will be at the bottom of the form where it says signature.

If you have enough income, ALL questions about assets can be left blank. This includes your 1, 2 and 3 you have listed in your follow-up question. For a household size of 2, you need an annual income of just under $20,000.

If your income meets the requirement, then you can leave the entire assets section of the form blank. It is not required to use or list assets.

Follow the example form for #11 > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

If you mouseover that data field, a popup appears that tells you what it is about and what to put there, which is your full name.

You only need to list your income on the I-134 as long as your gross income meets the I-864P poverty guidelines. Don't need to list assets or provide bank statements if income is adequate.

Check DO NOT INTEND, then in the space below write "K-1 Visa"

Oath or Affirmation, you can sign your name in there or leave it blank (doesn't really matter), for sure sign and date below.
