Hello all, submitted my I-751 on April 24th, and received the NOA1 on April 28th, since then there has not been any development in my case. That was over a month ago.

Shouldn't I have received the letter for the bio metrics appointment by now?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Hi mdbr:

Some other April filers also mentioned that they didn't receive Biometrics appointment; and when they contacted the Service Centers, they were told that their last biometrics was still valid and they didn't need to submit a new one. No one knows if this is a new policy or not, but check the April and May filers threads for further info.

I would also suggest you to contact your Service Center for confirmation.

I hope this helps

Intersting, that would make sense. I will check that thread and call the service center on Monday. Thanks Tiger17!
