Hello Everyone, I'm a new here and so I'm trying to read the guides and everything but right away I see a few things that worry me.

I have a Filipina fiance, she worked as a caregiver in Saudi Arabia for 7 years, basically as a slave, and had to run to the Philippines embassy to escape. She needs police clearance from Saudi Arabia? How if she's not there anymore? When she ran away the family accused here of stealing but the Philippines embassy turned them away because she had nothing but the clothes on her back!

My next concern is the i-134 form. I'm severely physically disabled (basically a quadriplegic) and I only work part-time as a community college professor making about $30k annually with no assets, is that enough?

Thanks for your help.

Police certificates are not available to non-citizens that no longer reside there >

Police clearances are unavailable for third country nationals who no longer reside in the Kingdom.

Your income is more than enough for a household size of 2, which is currently just shy of $20k.

Thank you very much!

It would be just her and I so a household of size 2.

Since a Saudi police clearance isn't available does she not need one, right? Or are we screwed?

thanks again

Saudi Arabia is one of the countries the embassy waives that requirement. So relax, no worries.

Your gross income needs to meed the requirements of the I-864P poverty guidelines for the number of people you are supporting, for two people that is currently $19,662. You should be fine there as well.
