[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal

income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

Hello I have a checklist for just the above. Am I supposed to just resubmit I864 alone since they have all financial evidence and copies of tax transcripts OR i have to send everything again. Please help. And thank you.

Anyone have any RECENT experience as an MTL beneficiary in EP?

We submitted our IV / AoS PDF's on June 6 and have not even gotten a response that they are received yet, let alone being reviewed.

We got a letter on 6/15 that said we are now enrolled in EP which was a response to the enroll request that I sent on 5/14.

Is the fact that I sent IV / AoS packets BEFORE I got the EP confirmation e-mail a bad thing? Will my evidence be ignored? I sure hope not.

That said, the guide says that it normally takes 3-5 days for you to get an e-mail that your evidence was received electronically. No dice so far. Afaik, calling them will yield little information on EP cases unless this has changed.

Any advice welcome.

Send the full I864 AND your 2013 tax transcripts.

As you can see I'm commiting a VJ rookie move by reading the thread backwards :-D

Hi all,

I called the NVC and received my case number and IIN for my I-130 petition today. The rep though told me that I couldn't pay the AOS fee or fill out the DS-261 until I received an email from the NVC which would take approximately 20 business days. I am so confused, because this seems to conflict with the information on the NVC process wiki page and this forum.

Does it take 20 days for the AOS fee and DS-261 to become available?

It's irregardless in your case as the Netherlands isn't eligible for EP. You can ONLY snail mail packages.

What time frame are they working on? Any idea people?

In my own case, case number was assigned May 23rd and NVC sent me an email June 4th asking me to fill the DS-261 and pay AOS fee. You might get email from NVC this week or next week.

I noticed your AOS checklists were scanned May 27th, that's the date they scanned my AOS, so hopefully we'll hear something in the next day or two, assuming they will move onto 23rd today then 24/25 May was the weekend and 26 May was a holiday, so 27th is the next business day. Fingers crossed!

Hello my aos fee from ceac site still says n/a after our case complete last june 19th should i be worried or is this normal?

I can't believe you are still waiting!!! Rumor has it they are working on 19th-22nd so any day now you will get the invoice soon. Remember that your "scan" date isn't always the date you submitted it, for me it was the next business day, but that would still mean May 22nd so hopefully you'll hear something today.
