Dear GOD, we are complete :dancing: after so many months, done, whew, hubby just called and he got grumpy Arthur, that guy was really an as****e on my hubby i was listening to them and my hubby put him down with:

I would so love for this to be accurate, but they didn't complete 8 days worth of scanned packages in 6 days. They do not receive documents on the weekends, so you have to leave out weekends in your calculation :) I'm sorry I had to burst your bubble :(

The NVC today, 19th of June, has reached cases scanned on the 20th of May

On the 13th of June, a nice woman told me that the NVC is working on the 12th of May scanned cases (on the hush hush side) :secret:

That means in 6 calendar days the NVC finished worth 8 days of scanned cases/packages

A rate of 1.3 days of scanned packages every calendar day :idea:

My case was scanned on the 2nd of June. :sleepy:

That means I have 12 more days of scanned packages

If they continue with the same rate

They will reach my case date in 9 days from today :luv:

Did any one get case complete lately to complete this "WILD HYPOTHESIS" :content:

Anyway ... Lets wait and see :clock:

I was wondering about your case. Well, the stupid paralegal didn't include your marriage certificate and you got hit with a checklist. smiley-angry021.gif

You sent your marriage certificate to your lawyer, eh? That means... your marriage certificate was sitting on the paralegal's desk for the last 30 days? smiley-confused004.gif

I have to post her answer to her mistake....hold on :clock:

Marcela it seems you already took care of the issue of the marriage certificate. It is very possible that when we scanned the documents it skipped precisely that page. It has happened before with our scanner which is not an excuse but it is the reality, and unfortunately it was that page (by the way was 3 pages). I take the blame for this since I should have checked that all was there. The rest of the check list is generic they send it to everyone so at this point I would not do anything. I have not been able to talk to you because since the Attorneys are gone I have had to sit with clients and as a matter of fact I was with one when you called.

Sorry it has caused you some stress and I truly apologize for it. My copy has the certificate. You got the scanned version. Because of her my case will be delayed a month!
