Bdrew did u receive a false check list ?

My AOS was approved June 2nd. I received a false check list on June 3rd. The IV has been sitting at NVC since May 16th (their scanned in date).

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

Hi guys my i130 approved may 30,2014 for my spouse and its been 16 days and called nvc and they havent receive my case yet and does USCIS update you when they send your file to nvc? And anyway the i130 for my daughter too just got approved last week june 12,2014. Should i call uscis for my wife case? Please help. Thank you.

I got a stupid checklist for N/A on place of residence (no, I did not know about this at the time I mailed it in). I just want to go cry in a corner now. Anyone got a checklist only for this? I want this fixed now. This is ridiculous.

Sorry to hear that. There's been quite a few people who have had checklists for this.

I'm so angry. Everything else is right and it's even on i-864EZ...so it's not like there is any other information that could be confusing.

Called NVC. Agent Jean couldn't confirm which date they are working on at the moment, just the usual 30 day script.

Anyone else waited almost a week for IV payment to move from "in process" to "paid"? My AOS only sat in the "in process" status for 12 hours. Jean told me that it's showing they don't have the payent so I have to email (and wait 30 business days for a reply) and attached my bank statement which shows the cleared payment. I've done this, but I really can't face having to wait 3-6 weeks for them to review an email before I can pay my DS-260. Hopefully I'm just being obsessive and the payment will clear shortly.

Is there a specific instruction to respond to checklist or we just send in the corrected form?

Cause I didn't put N/A either.... so idk if I can send in the corrected form now before they give me the checklist......=(

Hi Guys,

I took of work to solve the Tax Return Issue. I went back to my old accountant and explained to him how I need to file Married Filing Separately instead of Single and he said that no issue at all; that he's had many cases in the past like this and some accountants don't know cause they don't like tinkering with there software to by pass it.

So we took my old 2013 Tax Returns (Year I got married); filled out a new one along with 1040X; and said I send one packet to IRS and another to NVC and my new copy of 1040 has my wife and marital status changed and under her SS it says, "NRA-Applied".

Luckily, I listened to you guys and it was worth taking 5 hours off work to sort this out. :)

Now my question which 864 I file; I have 3 W-2s (One for salary, 2 for commission) I'm a Insurance Agent. And I do stocks also.
