I'm concerned about how long NVC is taking these days. If we get a checklist and have to wait another month for it to be reviewed, given the backlog they have what was looking like an August or September interview will likely be an October one. Does anyone agree with this possibility?

Looks USCIS have better timelines than NVC...

it is scary if USCIS has better timelines than NVC. NVC need a shake up to get back to normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The actual timelines are BS!!!!!

I think up to April (case #s assigned in April), NVC was pretty good, it was taking 2 weeks to review packets (2 weeks +/- 2 days).

Around the end of April, it started to creep up to 3 weeks and then 3 weeks +.

Now I think it is almost up to 30 calendar days. If they continue like this (USCIS getting faster and NVC getting overloaded), nobody can expect how bad it is going to get.

I think they should transfer cases to the embassies/consulates to deal with once case # is assigned, at least until they get back to the normal processing times

11/17/2016: Got engaged

after 20 days, NVC emailed back with new case # and notified me that i'm now enrolled in EP... :oops:

Does anyone know that I have to resubmit all AOS doc? now i'm confused.

Im the one has GUZ change to GZO.... =(

I think it will soon take 4 months to get through the NVC Hell Hole. It took me 2 months to get a CC. It would have been 1 month if it weren't for the checklist. I am so shocked at how long its taking people to get invoiced and to pay..... and Now USCIS is processing in 5 months ( sometimes less) all those files will be bombarding the NVC soon. And the DACA 2 year renewals are due. How disappointing !!!!!! I hope the DACA files don't go through the NVC

Hello Guys, Beneficiaries from India can help me out, last week my wife submitted AOS and DS-261 online. So now I am planning to apply for PCC. I have big question in my mind as on my passport the spouse section is blank so little curios this will not impact my PCC. when I filled the application for PCC i wrote married but on my passport its blank. will it be any issue to get PCC?. any suggestions are welcome.. may be I m little nervours
