Under review.... I'm so skeptical when the Agents say that. I hope in your case the not so nice lady was telling you the truth! Guess I should start dialing and see what answer I get!

I am wondering what the heck is going on with the interview appointments. I haven't seen any scheduled. By the looks of the spreadsheet, it seems they schedule them about 2 weeks into the month also. So HOPEFULLY they are coming. Costa Rica is such a low volume embassy. This waiting is horrible. Is it me, or does it seem everything seems stalled this month???

I completely agree. I mean I feel guilty sitting here complaining about not getting an interview date when others are waiting for the rest of the process. But we did our share of waiting and I haven't seen absolutely any interview dates being scheduled for awhile now. Maybe one here and there. But nothing like last month.

ehhh don't feel bad about complaining because I feel the same way . At least those who are waiting will know what they face once they get a CC. This thread helped me so much. I liked knowing what was next. I am sure they appreciate it !

I am on hold again. I was thinking about asking for a supervisor this time... it depends on who I get. This morning I got Todd again. God I love him ! I hope he answers again. I can do without Joy and Arthur.

You need to call them and see if they have the date of you original submission on file.

Hey hi i am facing the same problem i submitted the DS-261 on 5th june and now it shows incomplete,so do i resubmit it or call the nvc? can somebody please guide me...

So there is no rhyme or reason to be invoiced the IV fees I guess?

I'm on the I-130 Facebook group. Someone who submitted the D-261 form on May 21 just paid the IV fee. It took her 12 business days.

You are probably in the wrong thread. This thread is not for F2-A Visas (that is what your signature says). This thread is for IR-1/CR-1 visas

I called to NVC and the operator said me ds -261 and AOS fees not available because my PD is not current: but i don't understand because some members Vj , had ds-261 fill and your PD is not current now, someone can explain what happened in my case?
