That's my plan. I'm also stalking the CEAC site to see if the AOS fee changes. I'm sure it's a glitch and it probably doesn't happen 100% of the time. I am driving myself b-a-n-a-n-a-s today!

I got assigned my case number and IN last 21 may and i waiting still ds -261 available or the next step .someone can say me when do I wait for ds - 261 is it available? :clock:

Yes. Exactly the same problem, submitted the form on May 13th, then it showed as incomplete after a couple days so I resubmitted it on the 21st. Called NVC and they only have a record of the one I submitted on the 21st. Insert standard "wait 30 days" reply here.

What you guys think i should do ...send another birth certificate or wait for the supervisor review ????

Why is it getting reviewed by a supervisor and what did you send before? The original birth certificate plus a translation in english if it was in spanish and the birth certificate had to be in long form meaning both parents names had to be on it.

I think you should call before you do anything. For some reason this is happening a lot with people and when they go in and 'fix' it, it changes the date of completion to the edited date. I hope that word salad made sense lol

I suggest you call NVC first, cause if you resubmit, they will only take the latest which will delay the process.

NVC must be really backlogged. It does not take this long (almost 3 weeks in your case) after Case # to get the DS-261 or the AOS fee invoice becoming available. You should call them and find out what is going on? Maybe talk to a supervisor.
