My field office is Lawrence, but I 've got my fingerprints taken in Boston .

Hello, bstngrl, maybe the offices work together? I have always been sent to Lawrence office so far in all of my immigration processes. Let's see when I receive the letter with interview date. I will keep you guys posted.

Yes Revere much closer to boston must likely will have it in boston JFK building , Lawrence moving much faster, I filed my application in mid May and got my finger print in mid June. Hope to get my interview in next week . Congratulation

Hi, justar! thank you.

I was suprised to check my zip code and find out that my field office is in Lawrence. Because all my immigration visits were in Boston so far, I hope they work together and I will go to Boston for this interview again. But I am in line since 7/9 and didn't get any updates yet .

Yeah, but just because Lawrence office is smaller than Boston, therefore, less people attend over there. I mean, every single time I've been there the place was pretty much empty. Hopefully Boston will start move soon and you get your date. Fingers crossed for you! And thank you for congratulating me, I appreciate!

Do you check your status on USCIS website

Is it supposed to change once you're scheduled for interview? Will it show the date of interview?

Online status changes once you are scheduled for an interview.

However, it will not show the date of interview and calling USCIS wont help either(already tried that) as local offices schedule the interview...

It is 8/06. By the way, do you know oath ceremony dates in Cincinnati in September?

Unfortunately I don't. Though it doesn't look like I will make it to a September Oath Ceremony. Requesting a new interview date seems to be pushing my application back quite a bit.

I went ahead and schedule the InfoPass for a few days before we travel. Hopefully I hear something before then and can cancel the InfoPass.

I went in for my InfoPass today. Was told that while they had received by request for a new interview date, they had not done anything with it nor had anything about it in the system. Was told that they were scheduling a new interview as he spoke. It seems that it was stuck and forgotten. Had I not gone in for the InfoPass, my interview date of 9/2 would have come and gone without any new notice. I was told that I would receive a new interview letter within two weeks. I didn't see any online status change when I got home. We shall see...

I went in for my InfoPass today. Was told that while they had received by request for a new interview date, they had not done anything with it nor had anything about it in the system. Was told that they were scheduling a new interview as he spoke. It seems that it was stuck and forgotten. Had I not gone in for the InfoPass, my interview date of 9/2 would have come and gone without any new notice. I was told that I would receive a new interview letter within two weeks. I didn't see any online status change when I got home. We shall see...

Received an email today regarding a status update. Back to Inline for Interview.
