Hi everyone, can you just give me some clear advice, my fiance write 2 embassy on our k1 approved application, he write dubai embassy or manila philippines.but I'm presently residing and working here in Dubai. .will it be a conflict for me?Or they will ask again my fiance to give 1 specific consulate where i will process my k1 visa application.thank ypu for your help.?

Generally, they will choose the embassy based on the application. If it comes back wrong then you ask them to change it.

NVC determines where your case file will be sent by the address that is listed on page two of the I-129F, NVC tends to not look at page five item 36a & 36b at all. So what address is listed for you? That will determine which embassy the case file will be forwarded to.
