In the case where a petition is lodged overseas but direct to a US service centre (in our case Nebraska) how do we phone them ?

Do we have to use the London USCIS line (£1.20 per minute) ??? or is there an 'ordinary number' in Nebraska we can call on (1 penny per minute)

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I am in similar boat. We have filed to Nebraska from here as we are both living here and it has been a couple of weeks with no NOA1 or the check being cleared. I realise only a couple of weeks but some USC filing in the US have recieved their long by now. :(

Am wondering what the norm is....

Thanks, thats our son, he likes to pull funny faces, when he does this one it cracks us up so we had to take pictures of him, hehe

Yeah i would love to know and keep updated with yours too, i'm really unsure of how long it should take, loads of other people got there NOA1 within a week or so... guess we just have to sit tight and wait. I'll keep you posted on ours too
