no dear i didnt give my intention i just made an enquiry to the embassy asking what to do when my i130 was approved and they replied me that my K3 path will be administratively closed that i should go thru the cr1 path.

If you were already t the embassy why didn't you just request them to process that was your chance instead you allowed them to make the decision for you. As long as there was no approved I-130 you were free to proceed . Oh well no wahala. You will be fine going the CR1/IR1 route.

Mine is also 3 weeks and IV fee not yet Invoiced. Could there be a possibility of any sort of technical issue with NVC payment website that is stopping us to pay IV fee?
