When to send my fiancé financial information

Ok, so my noa1 was last month & we are stuck in the waiting pool in Texas. I'm well aware that I won't see my noa2 until September (hopefully not later) but I want to make sure nothing else gets delayed. Would it be ok to start gathering my financial information now & send it to him in June (letter from my work, taxes, & that form) or should I wait until the noa2? I just want to get a head start, but I don't want them to deny it because my financial records are a bit older. Any suggestions?

I am the petitioner.

Just wait until the noa2 because your employment letter and I believe your I134 have to be signed and dated. It will get there in time and your taxes wont be too old. Good luck

Agreed with Feli. With the rate things are going now, you just have to play it safe and wait for the NOA 2. It might still be 3 to 5 months from now, it varies. Your I-134 will be originally signed and dated and not sure, how strict your embassy handles interviews forms that are not recently signed. For now, I guess you can figure out how quick you can get the docs and for them to reach to your fiance's address, which I'm guessing 1 -2 weeks is enough. :)

In all fairness the i134 can be send unsigned for your SO. That way he or she can sign it on a specific date. Thats what we did for the forms in the i129F package. I send it a head of time knowing the time frame we would send it.

But it depends if you feel safe doing that or not. It also depends on the Embassy/Consulate.

Waiting is best. Not waiting would just force you to do all that stuff all over again when NOA2 is received.

The BEST suggestion is start reading this K1 London guide today. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/. There is a list of things to start.

Then read it over again when you get to that point. Read to the end because there are a few corrections due to minor changes that could not be edited once posted.
