Hi everyone! I have a question. My dad is my joint sponsor so I had him fill out the I-864 form. He completed his taxes with his wife therefore I had my step mom fill out the I-854A form. Is that correct? I filled out the I- 864 form as well (even though I do not have a job at the moment).

I was also wondering if my step mom needs to show tax transcripts as well (as I mentioned before, they complete their taxes together so the same information can be found in my dad’s tax transcripts). Can someone please let me know? :)

Thank you!!!

Since your step mom has filed jointly with dad the Tax Transcript will have both their names. So one copy of the Tax Transcript will be all that you will need plus your dad's employment letter, pay stubs etc.
