I think he may be referring to filling out the N-400 online. Even what that is done, it still has to be printed out and signed. This is when all of the information and documentation you have collected and requried/requested to be filed with the N-400. The only benefit being offered is just the convenience and ability to fill out the N-400 online and then print it.

Hope this helps, best of luck!

Yes, respond to each question that does not apply to you with 'N/A.'

"The Marines I have seen around the world have the cleanest bodies, the filthiest minds, the highest morale, and the lowest morals of any group of animals I have ever seen. Thank God for the United States Marine Corps!" - Eleanor Roosevelt, First Lady of the United States, 1945.

"Retreat hell! We just got here!"

hi

there is no e-filing

the only way is by mail, you download it, fill it out, print, sign it and send it with check and documents

yeap everything is done by mail...there is no e-filing...you can type your answers on the computer and print them out but you still have to sign and date and send it by mail...Good luck

Signature is the regular way you sign your name on documents such as DL.
