DS 260 issues

I submitted the DS 260 online on May 11th and when I called NVC today to make sure it is in their system, the representative told me that she sees the DS 260 I submitted as "blocked" because I didn't fill it out properly (which really surprises me, I am very careful to all the forms I have submitted to them...) and now she is telling me I have to email NVCinquiries to ask them to unblock it for me so I can fill out a new one online.

It is going to take FOREVER for them to read my email, let alone "unblock" a new DS 260.

NVC is serisouly getting on my nerves...

Also, ever since I have talked to that representative, when I log on to see the AOS and IV fee, I see those as PAID (which is good) but I also see the DS 261 as incomplete and the DS 260 has completely dissapeared!

Anyone in the same situation?

2014-04-07: received checklist from NVC, incomplete AOS package

2014-04-24: NVC received re-completed AOS package

2014-05-08: paid IV fee

2014-05-09: IV package sent

2014-05-11: DS-260 completed online
