I received a email saying that I need to fill a I-797 form and they are requesting more evidence,the problem is that I will be at home 3 week from today days!can I call and tell them to email me a copy in the way I start working on what ever they need!!!please some info will help.

The I-797 is not a form that YOU fill out. That is a Notice of Action. If you received an email stating that you have an RFE you will have to wait until you receive the letter in the mail from the USCIS stating what evidence they are requesting from you. Usually that letter takes 7-10 days depending on the Petitioners location. And to answer your other question you asked, no the USCIS will not email you that, you will have to wait for the hard copy in the mail.

Yes I know what you mean it sucks having to wait to find out what you got an RFE for. You can ATTEMPT to call their number and ask to talk to a Tier 2 officer and see if you get one that will tell you, but from what I have seen others stating they have not been very successful with that. But doesn't hurt to try

Yes you right,I will give a try sometime this week,what make hard is my line of work,I work off shore so is very difficult to have phone service,by the way is my first time here so now i know to look for if I have any question?

You really need to receive and review the RFE notice. It is pure speculation at this point trying to figure out the reason for the RFE. Hopefully it will be something simple. At least you now know that your petition is now in the 'active processing' mode...
