IR documents needed

I'm new to this..My husband and I were married for more than 2 years his a retired US Army. We want to ask if what documents or forms do we need to fill up for IR visa..

Do we need to fill up separate form for our kids too? thanks

For you (the spouse) he would file the I-130 Petition. However, regarding the children -- is he the biological father of your children? That will determine how to proceed with regard to the children.

Assuming he is the father (and not the step-father), considering you said "our kids.," then they should be entitled to US citizenship. In that case, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad process for the children would be needed.

:guides: in regards to forms. Pay close attention to the form instructions as well.

Each non-USC child will require their own petition. USC children do not need to be petitioned but should have their CRBA (if they were not born in the USA) and passports obtained.
