OMG How dumb!!

I can't believe we missed something!! Casey did not sign one page and our petition got sent back to him!!

On the bright side it was his signature not mine so he can sign it and get it off, and it was only a signature not anything major.

They reorganized stuff and put pictures in an envelope, stapled our passport pics together. Kind of interesting since they say no staples.

So now we are a week behind. I am remaining calm and orderly though.

I know this is a little off subject, but where did you see/hear that the USCIS said no staples for the K1 applications?

BTW- I know how you feel. I found an error right before I sent the I-129F and now have to wait until I recieve new signed G-325a's from my fiance so we are a week behind now as well.

From USCIS website re photos in envelopes and the use of staples.

Pictures:

If pictures are required for an application, please place them in a separate envelope and attach the envelope to the relating application. Do not staple photographs to applications. Stapling photographs directly to the form often results in the photo being unusable, causing delay while new photos are requested. Please be sure to send the correct number of pictures. Pictures must be in color.

I did something about as dumb. I sent the wrong amount for the fee. They returned it 11 days later and like yours, was all shuffled and pics stapled to forms etc. I re-sent it the next day with the right amount and received my NOA1 4 days after they received it. Good luck!
