We are on NVC stage of our i-130 application and were going to send the AOS package soon. Is it ok that my NBI clearance (Philippines) is written on my married name and my passport is my maiden name?

You can always to the ROM thing..., and the information for for your NBI should be changed or you should be able to change it once the ROM has been recorded But, again, I personally don't think it should be an issue. But, others here may disagree with me.

Best of luck!.

You need to renew your passport in your married name: http://passport.com.ph/info/requirements/for/renewal

Quoting from DFA:

For spouse of foreign national who would like to use their married surname:
  • Marriage Contract (MC) in Security Paper (SECPA) issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) or Certified True Copy (CTC) of MC issued by the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) and duly authenticated by NSO. Transcribed Marriage Contract from the LCR is required when entries in NSO Marriage Contract are blurred or unreadable.
  • Report of Marriage duly authenticated by NSO if married abroad
  • Original and photocopy of Commission of Filipino Overseas (CFO) Guidance and Counseling Certificate of Attendance (required for first time applicants or renewal of passport to be used for the first time the surname of the husband)

NBI should have both names listed, your married name and an AKA for your maiden name. You should have an AKA for all names used.

wow I'm kinda confused now :/ I can't renew my passport as of now cause I have other papers on process and I use my single name and that process won't be done anytime soon (its for an exam and the only valid ID they accept is the passport) I think I might try and get NBI with AKA.Thank you for all the anwers.

Thank you I might try this option.
