Hello everyone!!!

I just received a letter in the mail that i need to apply to remove conditions on GC. My green card will expire on July 14, so i am already getting ready to reapply. The thing is that i feel i don't have enough evidence. This is all i have:

-letter stating joint bank account

-lease of our apt (I am not listed in it because at the time i didn't have my GC)

-Some pictures?

-Federal/State Taxes

i have been in school the whole time so we never really went anywhere. We have no kids, car, house, etc.

What else could I include? Would this be a problem? Also where it says who prepared the form...(screen shot of section below) I just put my name down and sign it? Thanks guys!

Ps: My husband is an US citizen, whats his A number?

Thanks again

Are you listed as a beneficiary of your husband anywhere (for example, a will)? Do you share any insurance (health, car, etc)? Maybe utilities, such as cell phone?

Also if you're landlord could write something up that says you've been living at that address, it would be helpful.

Your husband would not have an A-number, since he's a citizen.

1.If you don't have joint lease, you can ask landlord to write a letter stating that you have been living there.

You can send copies of ID of both stating common address.

2.Need to have tax transcript for last 2 years which you can request from IRS,tax return w'not work for 2011 and 1012.

3.bills at present address at any one's name proving you lived there.

If your spouse works ,can submit w2 stating marital status and address proof.

4.Can ask friends who are US citizens to write affidavits to prove bonafide marriage.

5.Can submit phone history to show conversations.

6.emergency contact listing spouse as one in school records.

7.if you have joint bank account better to submit joint statements covering whole period of 2 years.

Think of anything else joint or showing relationship!

Not necessarily. It depends on how he got his citizenship.

Anyone who has already completed their removal can send sample copy of their affidavit letters to my personal email?

You can find some examples here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples
