Hope all are well and someone can help with the stress my fiance and I are going through.

My fiance has recently had her interview date set up and I will be going with her to the interview. We are curious as to know what the chances are of her not getting a visa and what the most common reasons are as to why they do not give visa's. Both of us have never been married, we have no kids, no criminal history. We have seen each other on three seperate one month occasions in the last two years. We have lots of pictures, email records and phone records. I am currently unemployed however I have a letter of an offer of employment. I have my tax records from last year only however I have my parents records, bank account info from the last 3 years. My parents filled the affadavit of support because I'm not employed currently. PLEASE HELP!!!

Quite honestly, you sound good to go. Most of the denials I have heard about are for reasons of past criminal history, or not having met within the past 2 years, failure to provide the necessary financial or criminal records, or failure to show a real relationship. If the two of you have an honest relationship (and it sounds like you do), you shouldn't have a problem. Good luck.

As long as your are not criminals or terrorists and your relationship is genuine then I think you will be successful in getting a visa. You'll be fine, it's a stressful situation, just remember...deep breaths.
