First Strange Checklist From NVC . I Called Them , No Clear Answer but waiting 20 business days .

I'm completely sure of what I have sent . Does someone get the same ?

By the way , my passport is valid till 12/06/2016 .

This is the checklist i received .

1_ CORRESPONDENCE INSTRUCTIONS:

When responding to thhe National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the address provided. -

2_PASSPORT:

Please submit a copy of this person's valid passport. The passport submitted has already expired.

3_ISRAEL POLICE CERTIFICATE

_Israel: Generally available. Israeli police certificates are available for citizens and residents of Israel as well as nonresidents. Police certificates may be requested at any Israeli police station. They are sent directly to the U.S. Embassy. Former residents residing outside of Israel should apply in person at an Israeli consular or diplomatic mission

4 - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE

We received your Immigrant Visa Application; however, we have not received an Affidavit of Supportform. You must submit an Affidavit of Support form before we can complete your case. Please go to our website immigrantvisas.state.gov for instructions on how to obtain, complete, andsubmit an Affidavit of Support form. When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with thisletter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The barcode sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the address provided.

Often, when using VJ's NVC shortcuts, you'll be asked to send things you've already sent. That's a sign the shortcuts are working. However, I would send another passport copy. You can point out the date for them, if you want, on a second copy.

Anything else you have not sent, send it. If you've sent it already, wait for them to process it. The only issue I see is the passport. It may be their mistake, but you fix it for them as needed.

To avoid confusion, please fix your dates to the appropriate format for US Immigration dd/mm/year. If you made this mistake on any forms, correct them and be ready to send them in again as well. If you made this mistake on the DS260, pray, as you won't be able to fix that.

Thanks for all reply and notes .I have resend the checklist and still no answer . Regarding the Israeli certificate . I wrote to US embassy in Jerusalem , they send me this email "

Dear Sir;

Thank you for your e-mail. For applicants from Gaza, applications for Israeli police certificates are submitted by our office upon interview time.

Best Wishes,

Immigrant Visa Unit (asa)

Consulate General of the United States in Jerusalem. "

Now , I'm sure that it was a false checklist because Israeli certificate is not needed by NVC .

Thanks again for those appreciated comments .
