Hello, VJers! I'm new to all of this, but I have been doing thorough research on the topic for quite some time. I'm actually about to submit my petition for the K-1 for my fiancée, but like every newbie, wanted to get verification and reassurance that my package is well-made. Anyway, I'll give a brief background of my situation:

I met my fiancée by accident on Facebook in November '13. We had rather platonic intentions in the beginning; however, our chemistry and interest in one another was undeniable, so it wasn't long until we began confessing our strong feelings for each other. From the day we first met in November until now, we have not missed a single day of talking to each other. We have always communicated through Facebook messenger, and as our relationship progressed, we began Skype video calls in December. We have continued messenger chats and Skype sessions every day since then. Anyway, I flew to Ukraine to finally meet her in late March/early April for two weeks. And I have a six week trip already set beginning in June. Originally, we were going to wait to file for the petition for when I returned to the U.S. in early August (since she finished her degree program at university in December '14) but we thought it would be best to go ahead and file now.

Anyway, I have checked and re-checked all of the guidelines on VJ and read many forums by fellow users, and everything and everyone has been a great help! I feel rather confident about this, but would like to give a summary of what our package looks like, and hear the thoughts of fellow VJ vets. Here are the contents included:

- Check paid to the order of U.S. Department of Homeland Security for $340.00
- Form G-1145
- I-129F Cover Letter
- Form I-129F
- Form I-129F Supplement for Question 34.a, it is one page detailing how we met through Facebook and in person
- G-325A accompanied with appropriate passport-type photos for her and I
- Certified copy of my Birth Certificate

- Certified copy of my Divorce Certificate showing the judgment of divorce and agreement from both parties
- Letters of Intent, signed and dated by both of us
- Relationship Timeline giving brief info of each month and how our relationship has progressed.
- Itineraries and Receipts from Delta Airlines from my March visit and for my upcoming trip in June
- Boarding Passes with all connecting flights from U.S. to Ukraine and from my return trip. (Well, one boarding passing is missing on my return trip from Lviv to Kyiv, but I wouldn't think this would be an issue since I have every other boarding pass).
- Copy of Passport personal information page and page indicating stamps. My entry stamp is clear, however my exit stamp is not quite as clear, it almost overlaps the entry stamp. However, you can see the month and day of departure, I wouldn't think it would be an issue since the entry stamp clearly shows the DD/MM/YY.
- A Timecard print-off sheet from my employer showing the range of dates that I took vacation and unpaid time off from work. I showed a few days before my departure the hours I worked.
- 10 color photos of us with time stamps and info on the back. One photo has a popular opera house from the city center in the background, other photos are close-up with various backgrounds (parks, city, cafes).

- Currency exchange receipt from airport, and one receipt from a famous chocolate factory.
- Copies of receipts from an online Ukrainian flower shop that indicates the date of delivery, city, her address, her phone number (that matches info on I-129F and G-325a), and her name with personal card I wrote to her accompanying flowers.
- Excerpts of Facebook Messenger chats highlighting our first meeting in November and some in December to show our growing fondness of each other along with some recent messages from late April to indicate our ongoing relationship. Facebook was unable to download all of our messenger history (which would be overkill and impractical anyway, we've chatted all day constantly for nearly 6 months now).
- And 68 pages documenting ALL of our Skype video calls. I used Skypelogview and iFunbox to record and print all of this and it shows the times, dates, and duration of each video call from our first on December 1 to the last week of April.

I understand some of this information isn't necessary until the interview, but I wanted to include it anyway. All documents are divided by tabs at the bottom of each page for easy locating by the clerk, maintained with paperclips, and two holes punched at the top of each page without ACCO fasteners. The currency exchange receipt is in Ukrainian of course, but has a stamp indicating the date of the transaction on both forms, and my name in English. Maybe it's good evidence, maybe not. But I want to include everything possible in a neat and orderly manner and hope to not receive an RFE.

With all of this being said, how does the package look? I know this question is posed all of the time by newbies, so I hope the vets here don't mind opining or giving me helpful hints or critiques about our package. I intend to review this multiple times over the weekend and finally mail it out on Monday. Any helpful input would be greatly appreciated!!

P.S. Also, there seems to be two mailing addresses for the Texas Service Center. Does it matter which one I send it too? Is the "express mail" address all that much faster?

I would skip the 68 pages of skype logs. Remember, at this stage your only burden is proof of meeting in person during the last two years. Unless your consulate needs a lot of front loading.

That's a good point. I was wondering if I should send this now, or just give it to my fiancée when I see her in mid-June. I'm not sure if the Kyiv consulate requires a lot of front loading. From what I have read on this site the Kyiv consulate seems to be rather reasonable and relaxed about things.

You could thin down the logs by only sending 1 or 2 chats a month instead of all of them.

The address for express mail is if you are sending your package through a courier using express mail because they do not deliver to a PO box. If you are using USPS priority mail, then no need to send it to the express mail address.

Don't send ALL of your skype logs...just send a representative sample. I also sent chat logs from Skype and Viber with my petition, but I only submitted one page per month of each.

Agreed, you're good to go otherwise.
