The only thing bad about an RFE is the time wasted. The fact that you got one is an opportunity to provide the evidence they want. It is better than a flat out rejection.

it depends what are you petition for.it could be some thing simple or type error left blank look over a copy of your file if you missed any thing what does the letter say.evidence of relationship or evidence of meeting within 2 years

Well its good because you are being given a chance to send in whatever they are requesting without being denied. It';s bad because if you had had this evidence this would be an approval not a RFE.

But also good because it means they have your case and now waiting for you to send them what they ask for, A delay but no big thing.

Its a good thing because you know someone actually opened your package and its not lying somewhere forgotten or worse in the trash.

thanks for all of your response, my husband haven't receive the mail yet since it was just posted today and he said that might take up to 3 days before he can receive it. so as of now, we don't have any idea what other evidence they need. it says online that it was indicated there. it just upset me, because me and my husband took time to collect all the possible evidenced they need. but still positive with this, hope it was just a minor evidence..

don't worry to much. see what the letter says.give them what they ask for.
