Is it better to submit docs by EP or mail. Do they look at the packets submitted through EP sooner than mailed docs?

Nigeria isn't eligible for EP; you can only snail mail.

Can I ask what people are seeing on the ceac site when AOS/IV documents are "received" and reviewed? I asked today and was told that the site wont update for "security reasons" which seems bizarre, why have the option on the site if they won't use it. Also, why are we inputting payment details, and lots of personal info (DS-261 and DS-260) if the site isn't secure???

PS - I write "received" this way, as our AOS docs were delivered on May 22nd but the agent said they received them in the building on May 27th.

I'm attempting to stay positive (despite my last post). Today is my esposo's last day at work! He'll be taking time off until we leave. Which will hopefully be in July. *sigh* I'm working the full month of June until July since schools here have July off. I don't want to work in August (I'm sick of the school) so I really need this interview to be in July.

But anyways, we'll be celebrating today because it's the last day of work for my esposo! Even without CC there's still something to be happy about. :goofy:

I know, right? such high hopes only to be slapped back down again... I'm having USCIS flashbacks.......

If I get a CC tonight, I will celebrate with my hubby for a while ( on the phone) and then I will sleep like a baby. and just the fact that I don't have to come to my job the next day is such a bonus !!! WOOO WHOOOOOOO... did I ever mention how much I hate my job???? hee hee

But until I hear those words, I will sit back and wait.... sigh sigh sigh ( not like I have a choice in the matter anyway)

Do you even need to fill out the I-864W for your daughter since she is not immigrating? USC's are free to travel back and forth.

mine were scanned 3 & 2 days after they arrived. It all depends on how much mail is received daily.
