Yes of course much good luck for your DS-261 and am saying a prayer all will go well. May I ask why they made your resubmit I must have missed it along the line.

I just received the checklist for missing the

- POLICE CERTIFICATE

- MARRIAGE TERMINATION

- PETITIONER BIRTH CERTIFICATE

I believe all were included in the Civics Docs. What should I do now because I don't have any original to submit one more time?

well I called NVC and they told me I didn't have any new updates.. so I am not even sure if it is good news lol

i'm getting the impression that the operators don't have much visibility into supervisor reviews (and their status). what do you guys think?

Agent Amanda told me my AOS hasn't been reviewed yet. However, on Friday I was told they were under review. Then she says they haven't reviewed packages received from May 7th yet

That was a fun way to spend a Tuesday evening!

The only way to know for sure is to call NVC and find out if they have accepted your AOS package and also the IV package. Either they have already accepted them or very close to it. In which case you are looking at a case complete very soon.

I putted wrong value for 3 most recent tax years (line 11 in I-864A) (line 22 in 1040) Now i must wait for god damn cover sheet....

I had a 30 minute conversation with a supervisor. This is total BS. Their system is showing mail received form the 8th ( which I sent) and from the 23rd ( which I did not send ) he said that if I get a CC this week, it is very doubtful that I will even get a July interview. They just don't work that fast. He said my file goes nowhere until all mail is reviewed. I told him that is total ####### because I didn't send anything after the 8th. SO if they complete the file I have to wait until some stupid mail THAT I DID NOT SEND is reviewed???? He offered to look at the birth cert again and he was explaining what they are allowed to accept and what I explained doesn't sound correct. He was explaining the certified copy to me. I explained that their instructions say ORIGINAL OR CERTIFIED COPY. He said he would rather not pull my file and look at it because quite possibly someone might be looking for it and he could delay it by pulling it out of the loop, So I told him to leave it alone. WHY THE HELL IS THERE MAIL IN MY FILE FROM THE 23RD??? The lawyer did not send anything because I told him I took care of the NVC part. NVC said they can tell if it is internal mail or not. The mail from the 12th and 16th were internal. This mail from the 23rd is external. He said received on the 21st and scanned on the 23rd... #######????? I'm disgusted

oh wow that is crazy.. I am so sick of these agents making up stuff.. one person says one thing and the next time you call they say another.. I think I am going to wait until next week to call.. it's probably going to take them 2 weeks to review my stuff..since I just sent it last week.. You will probably hear something good before I do

you could send it in with the original cover sheet.. When I got the checklist over the phone the NVC rep told me I could submit new AOS Form with the original cover sheet
