i'm frustrated too.

i got a checklist cause of ONE wrong box in the AOS.

we sent corrected form and according to the lady my husband spoke to ... we have to wait 30 business days, 6 weeks to review ONE box.

is this normal?????????????

Did you do an I-864 or I-864EZ? May I ask what the box was? I'm just trying to get a time line reference for mine. I'm terrified I'll be getting an AOS checklist.

I also agree with CanGirl; do not resubmit the DS-261. There was a member a few months back that did the same thing and her IV fee was considerably delayed. Although I think she did make changes to her DS-261 before resubmitting. Not saying this will happen to those who have done it now but just wanted to warn everyone at the same stage.

God, now I am worried . Hope it doesn't delay my iv fee.

Guys can anybody help me? I call NVC this morning and the lady said i will be receiving email soon regarding my checklist for AOS. My question is do i have to wait for the email letter before sending my checklist? Coz she told me alreary what document they need.

And do I have to include any bar code sheet?

What address do i have to send it? Is it the same where we send tge AOS packet? Thank u guys.. Pls reply..

Do you have both of the case numbers? if so, log into each case and print the cover sheet from there. Even though you paid using one case number it should also show paid on the other

Hi ,I called to NVC and asked that I have 2 cases .I already paid AOS fees and it is paid ,but when I am login in to second case for Cover letter it is throwing an error that

''This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.''

She put on hold for 20 min and said I will notify to my supervisor and he will add the AOS also as paid for second case..How much time it will take now?

You need to include the checklist with your response. So you should wait until you get the checklist email. The address will be on the Checklist.

I called NVC and I asked for email enrollment confirmation and GOOD NEWS PEOPLE...There is no need to wait for confirmation any more, he said to send all documents.

my case show in transit to my embassy for 6days already?

does they show arrived too??

i check on DHL ( i believe that is my package) arrived on last monday morning.

why my status still shows in transit.

can someone tell me how long does it take to change from " in transit" to something like "delivered" or what ever it is?

Yeah that is strange indeed. We're using Google Chrome. Hopefully this isn't a bug.

Under "Work / Education / Training", she put in "Primary Profession" as "Other" and filled in her profession and current employer.

It then asks "Do you have other occupations?" but does not prompt for history of employment or education.

The "Additional" tab only asks if she's ever served in the military. That's it.

Somebody posted a link on the DOS (I think) website that has a pdf of all the options for the ds260. There are specific qualifications (including that the intending immigrant is a man(!)) that make you fill in employment history. Very weird, if you ask me!
