Ok I am trying to get everything ready ahead of time, I am currently waiting for my case number and I would like some advice as to who the employer letters should be addressed to. And if anyone has a sample I would appreciate it, I am currently living abroad but my brother is the general manager of a company where he has offerred me a job to start as soon as my wife's immigration process is conlcuded, so he wants me to tell him what the letter should say,

so any advice and guidance would be greatly appreciated

I have the most wonderful news...CASE COMPLETE!!!

The wait had been long and tormenting but we like many have passed the test..

Luckily dint have any checklists but they did confirm june interviews are filled.

All of you are in our prayers and im waiting to see more good news.

I had mentioned earlier that I was gonna take a hiatus from my frequent NVC phone calls. So I broke the streak today. I made the phone call and had the longest wait ever, before one of the operators came on and told me that it will not be long before my case is complete. Why? I calmly asked, and she said its because they were revewing April 26th mails (It was a Saturday) and she noted that my I864W was received on May1. I wonder how many days they take to review an average day's mail. Time will tell..... crossed fingers and toes.

This is the most exciting news I've heard for a while!! (besides all you good people with case completes of course and case numbers being assigned of course)

This ENROLL process is driving me crazy, I sent my email on April 18 and I still haven't gotten the acceptance email from them.

I've tried calling all day yesterday and all day today and I can't seem to get through either. I don't know if it's google voice that is the problem or something else. But I've called them in the past using google voice and it seemed to work fine then. I'm about sick of the NVC and their outdated methods.

I use Google voice too CanGirl, but lately I've had to redial at least 20 times to get past the busy signal, and then a very long hold time.

Can someone help/ advice ??

I almost regret even sending the EP enroll e-mail. So much for thinking it would save time. Yikes.

I chose not to... all went very well other than the fact the briefly 'misplaced' my Police certificate, but it's been found thankfully!

I've never sent the enroll email, but they had my email in their system. I guess they got it from USCIS package.

I get the sense you might be confusing Enrolling into EP with providing NVC with your email address. But perhaps you already understand the difference.

Hi I have a quick and urgent question...

At the end of the DS-260 last question on sign and submit it says to fill in passport number, who's passport number are they asking for?? Beneficiary or Petitioner? I am the petitioner filling in the DS-260.

And also, on the sign and submit page there a linked form for male 18-26 for selective service, my husband is 24, does he fill that and mail it when he comes here or from bring it with him when he comes here?????

Finally received the long awaited "case complete" a while ago after holding for 47 min. Hope to get an interview soon. This entire process has broken my spirit in so many ways - thanks to the Great Am Who I Am for seeing us through.

It doesn't matter which one you send first. You pay the AOS fee first so most people will send the AoS packet as soon as they pay the fee or you can wait until you pay the IV fee and send both packets together

I have been doing my research but I just want to get some opinions on the reality of my situation. My NoA2 is May 14^th. Of course, I am still waiting for NVC to receive my case. I called for the first time last night but they said it could be at least 5 weeks until they get anything (from what I have seen, it has been an average of about 3 weeks from looking at timelines, so I will call again next week.) Given my NoA2, is there any chance I might be able to get an interview in late August or in early September? The latest I can stay in Japan on this visa is October 29^th, and I really want to be able to go to my wife’s interview with her at the Tokyo embassy and both of us return to the US together before then. Is this a realistic scenario?

Congratulations Soloenta!!! I bet you are pretty happy today to have received your case number, I should be right behind you, I got my NOA2 the same day as you but NVC didn't receive my case until 04/28 so maybe by Friday or Monday I will get my case number, I hope so anyway.
