That would make sense...& it'd create jobs! Win win. You can't tell me they don't have the money to do it...seriously. September will be 5 months for me. They need to hurry up & process you guys. I want my Matt here for Christmas & it's possible if it only takes 5 months...

I am the petitioner.

Bad news for Texas Service Center, I just had a look at the data for April 2014 (must have been updated in the last day or two).

March 2014 - 8,203 applications pending

April 2014 - 9,629 applications pending

March 2014 - 1,051 applications completed

April 2014 - 971 applications completed

It seems Texas is continuing to slow down and now has the highest amount of pending applications since the data started in April 2013.

Data here:

http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=6&office=5&charttype=1

Still holding out hope for something soon! Good luck everyone :-)

This is so depressing

I hear ya! I am using this as an incentive to get on more and more peoples cases (senator and USCIS), someone on the Jan TSC filers suggested taking this particular data to the media if you're the petitioner:

Texas Service Center - Total I129F Applications: 9,629; Completed for April 2014: 971

California Service Center - Total I129F Applications: 2,897; Completed for April 2014: 2,732

Heart breaking statistics right there, but situations like this have happened before and were resolved by transferring applications. Chin up! :-)

I am the beneficiary, but I will tell my fiancée (in an hour when I can finally call him ! Best moment of the day !)

I am gonna keep my PMA (positive mental attitude). I am an April filler so hopefully they will do something soon so I can get my NOA2 before or around the 5 months mark instead or 6-7 months.

I hope you will get your NOA2 soon !

We have the same timeline. Seeing these people waiting & this run around just causes more panic in my head. My fiancé & I hate long distance & I can't see how people can do it for years. I need him here with me & the thought of waiting until next year to see him again hurts so much. I just want to touch his face & kiss his shoulder & be his wife. I'd've married him back in March, except them the wait would be even longer. This process isn't fair...

I am the petitioner.

How did you come up with this data? It would be nice to have a source when contacting people.

I added the source in an earlier post with just the TSC data:

http://dashboard.uscis.gov/

Simply select your form, and service center, and you will be able to see the national trend. :-)

Although our 5 months isn't until July 27th, my fiance filed for a service request a month ago citing that differences between CSC and TSC.. we obviously have yet to hear back. However, we contacted our local congressman for assistance last week so we are waiting to hear back.

Once again, waiting, waiting, waiting.. that's all that we do at the TSC. Roar.

Hey guys, someone from January TSC filers just got transferred to CSC 2 weeks ago. I hope this is good news for us all (although confused as she's the only one yet).
