Thanks for the info K1 UAE, have you ever been experienced it before.for me giving atleast 1 or 2 months before the interview date is fine.what my concern is I need tine to gather all the docu they will be needed during interview, and also the k1 approved petition has expiry date.so im really dont know what to do now..

dont worry about the time span... the interviews usually have almost 2months of span between the day you recieve the letter and the day of interview...

if you go to the embassy website it says dont worry about the petition expiry as it gets refreshed itself if the embassy is slow in scheduling you... so relax...

Hello!

From my understanding, only the confirmation page of the DS160 is required during the interview. If you are uncertain though, you might as well print the whole DS 160.

Re: 156K has been phased out and only the DS 160 is required for K1 and K2. Pls read http://www.nolo.com/legal-update/form-ds-156-no-longer-required-fianc-visa-k-1k-2-applicants.html.

Its the DS-160 one page confirmation, I-134 form its is basically evidence of support, theres one more form but that is only when you have kids. Police clearance certificates, photographs, medical, and if they had any specific requirement from you...

Yes but they are asking for fully answered DS-160 as well along with this one page confirmation.

There are tabs on the top of DS-160 after filling it out. These are Print Complete (this is for personal copy), next is Email Confirmation and then Print Page Confirmation. You should see these tabs. All you have to do is to choose what do you want. You can choose all.

That's weird. After I filled out DS-160 form there was disclaimer saying don't bring copies of DS-160 form to the interview. Only the printed confirmation page. I guess it might be changed now.

that is weired for me too.... but anyways i m taking the one page confirmation in the package whereas the completed form in a seperate folder if in case they asked for it.
