Also for the location of US consulate, Where do I find the address for China and is it same for my form as well? Thanks in advance.

Put the address of Dallas Lockbox for I-129F and the US consulate/embassy where your fiancé(e) will attend the interview for K-1 visa application.

Put the address you send the I-129F petition to, OR put no addresses at all. They are not a requirement.

These samples work perfectly >

Thanks for the reply guys, gonna go w/o an address to avoid the possible confusion. Do all the forms need to be signed in ink or can I email her the form. After she sign them, just scan and email back to me?

there have been cases on VJ where people have been asked to re-submit the letter of intent to marry because they did not have an original 'wet' signature. some submitted scanned/faxed copies and were approved. it really depends on the leniency of the person looking over your petition and whether you want to take the chance. personally, i would email her the letter, have her print it off, sign in ink and mail/fedex/dhl it to you to avoid any potential delays.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!
