Spoke to a tier 2 rep today and she was incredibly rude! I finally got a new receipt number that works but no answer to whether my bio is current because she basically hung up on me. It says my case is in the Initial Review stage and she did say it will take up to a year to process. Is that the standard time frame they are giving? The CSC website still says processing cases from last oct but obviously people have been getting approval a lot earlier than that.

Just got my call back with tier 2 IO #2, this time a really nice lady! She checked my biometrics status and OMFG my biometrics is scheduled to be next Wednesday the 16th July! She said they sent the NOA last week, well I did not receive it and tier 2 #1 said nothing and tier 1 #2 failed to see that yes indeed I have not received a NOA! I am ecstatic but not till I have notice in hand, tier 2 #2 said call back and let us know the fax number to sent to since I don't have a home fax. Please update me!

I'm just relieved, I have been on the phone since 9.30am and it's now 1.17pm. Now just got to kick back and wait for this fax to come through, hopefully it won't take as long as she said it would.

Thanks peeps I had just looked at the website and nothing had changed and 5 minutes later I had a text message,when I logged back to the site the

status had been updated

63 days from the receipt of our package to approval,if it helps anyone this is a list of what we sent in.

Completed form double checked prior to sending

Copy of green card front and back

Both drivers licences showing same address

Vet bill with both names

vehicle titles (2)& Trailer title in both names

Vehicle insurance cards for 2 year period both names

Joint Bank statements 2 for each quarter for 2012/13/14

Joint tax returns 2012/2013

Air Force spousal benefit card (copy)
