Anyone??

I got NOA 5/12/2014

We almost 2 months now since and NO biometrics letter (I know my prints are Current) but WTH ?!?! I can't even check my status online....

You will have to call them and ask for your case number since you didnt get a bio letter.

AOS from F-1(Married to USC
06.08.12 - AOS mailed
09.18.12 - Interview.....Approved!!

ROC- Divorce Waiver
05/09/14- I-751 packet mailed to CSC
05/12/14- NOA1 Receipt date
07/01/14- Biometrics Appt

08/11/14- RFE received

09/08/14- RFE response received by USCIS

09/22/14- 10yrs GC Approved!!

Hey everyone,

I'm new here, mailed package off on 23rd May to Cali and received NOA 27th May. Still waiting for bio appointment, called and had a service request filed end of June and still nothing. ASC will be Boise ID. Anyone else waiting well over a month for bio app?

Updated the bio dates. Really weird how they finally send us some bio appointments, like 1 month late.

Anyway, have a great long week end everyone! :)

Nope. I travelled and did bio recently. They only needed a new photo so I think my fingerprints from travelling are still valid.

APPROVED!!!! Wooooooooot WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!

Yay!! Did he/she say anything about your interview? Weird that they didn't write the case number on your bio letter.

You're not going to receive a bio letter then. You have to call them and ask to a Tier 2, or place a service request online to get your case number.

No, he didn't. He only explained the things that I already knew, like I should get two different application number on my NOA1 and biometric.

I'm glad I have my case number now. :)

Thanks! Quite a relief...

I hadn't checked online till just now and my "case can not be found at this time". I didn't receive any emails or text messages either and nothing with a priority date on it (unless I've missed something?). Just the two NOA's in the mail.

Yes 27th May is the date on NOA, letter arrived 31st May.

Is it worth calling for a tier 2?? When we filed AOS, it seemed so much easier to get a straight answer cos hubs was Navy and we could use the mil helpline.

P.s how do you know if your prints are current? Had my gc approved july 2012 (delayed bcos USCIS didn't pass on address change & interview reschedule to ASC Boise), biometrics were done end of feb 2012.
