Any ideas of what should I do except wait? Alright I am beginning to freak out, so it has been 30 days now, and I have not received a letter with biometrics appointment, and if I check my case status online it gives me:

  • Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

3/23/2012 (Day 0) - I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent
4/02/2012 (Day 11) - Hard Copy of NOA1 in the mail of I-130, I-485 and I-765
4/04/2012 (Day 13) - Received a letter for biometrics appointment for 4/20/2012.
4/20/2012 (Day 29) - Biometrics done
5/03/2012 (Day 42) - Status online changed to interview, scheduled for June 11
5/16/2012 (Day 55) - EAD Card Production, online status update
5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD Card in the mail
6/11/2012 (Day 83) - Interview, approved on the spot

05/19/2014 (Day 0) - Mailed I-751

05/27/2014 (Day 8) - Received NOA1

  • Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.
Call the customer service number, talk to a live person and let them know that you haven't received your bio letter. They will put in a service request and you will get a response as to whether or not your bio is current or when your bio appointment. Some applicants on here submit a request via the USCIS website so you can go that route as well.

They did a service request for me 10 days ago

It seems very variable! Some got an answer within a day, I waited 5 days. Converts did a request a day before me and no answer either.

Biometrics done, can someone update for me. Thx!

Correct me if I'm wrong but nothing to update in the list, no? You did your biometrics on the scheduled day, right?

I got infopass and went to local office today to get stamp on my passport due to going out of country for 2 months,,,and officer told me that we don't stamp on passport and you are good to travel with extended letter (the officer had told me to go infopass and get stamp when I called them for to get info about my bio is current or not which is they didn't respond)..and I told the officer I didn't get bio schedule almost 40 days and if I asked him if it is okey,,he said yes, and check the computer and told me you have whole year to get bio appointment and you will get it,,,i asked him if I recaive the bio letter while I am at out of country then can I reschedule it // he said yes ...so I am done with waiting,,i am tired of waiting anymore...I had got my conditional green card 14 months later (420 days) after applied the aos with interview,,,i am married more then 3 years now and still have conditional gc,,

Got a letter from USCIS today. Interview on July 30th. -.-

No biometric letter, so this means that my biometric is current, right?
