Finally after 2 hours waiting to talk to tier 2 i got the number to check my case online yay!

I have a question... in the web it says: " ....we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED...." when they refer to CRI89 means the I 751???

Yes, don't worry about it. It means "Conditional Resident form I-89" but that's the I-751. :)

I'm a bit late here :) but how can I add myself to the may thread? I sent the I-751 on 05/15/14 and received the NOA1 in the mail on 05/22/14. Waiting for the biometric app. now!

Just use the last updated list, quote the post, remove the quote and add yourself keeping the format. Read the instructions at the end of the list. :) What's your NOA receipt date? Not the date that you received it, but the date on your NOA. Also, you filed in Vermont, right?

I tried calling USCIS to ask about my biometric today. It's automated and it informed me that their options have changed and I need to put my receipt number. The machine said my receipt numbers cannot be found. There's no option at all to talk to a real person. Any suggestions on how to talk to the real person?

Select the option for not having the receipt number and you will be connected to a real person. Tell them that it won't appear in their system as it's only the receipt number on the biometric date that can be tracked and that's what you don't have.

Hello, I did my biometrics today, took less than 15 min, the woman that did them was not nice, she kept telling me to move my head because the picture was not coming fine? well, here in GA I am used to people not even greeting or saying "you are welcome" when I say "thank you", is it that like every American is? LOL

Hello, I did my biometrics today, took less than 15 min, the woman that did them was not nice, she kept telling me to move my head because the picture was not coming fine? well, here in GA I am used to people not even greeting or saying "you are welcome" when I say "thank you", is it that like every American is? LOL

It's not typically american, no. But I remember when I went for my AOS biometrics, they were rude too... Kinda like at the DMV to get a driver's license. It's more like an administrative workers thing! :P

Rude people are everywhere I did my bio yesterday early walk and they were all nice .acomadating and friendly

I agree with you. I'm thinking about doing an early walk in because I have to work the night before my appt. After reading a few experiences on here, I'm a bit scared but I'll try it anyways and hope for the best.. Edited by Newbie608

It's not typically american, no. But I remember when I went for my AOS biometrics, they were rude too... Kinda like at the DMV to get a driver's license. It's more like an administrative workers thing! :P

Oh my gosh, they were rude to me, too! Lol, I thought they were just having a very bad day. XD
