Hi all,

same here..I have been waiting for my bio-metrics notice. Normally people receive notice of bio-metrics within the week after they get NOA. I called USCIS this week and the representative told me to wait for 30 days. VSC received my package on 05/08/2014. I am kind of worried. Is any one on the same boat??

NOA received - 05/14/2014 dated 05/09/2014

Take a look at the April filers thread. It seems that some people won't be scheduled for a biometrics appointment because they were told by the USCIS that their biometrics on file were still current (after inquiry with a service request).

Let us know what is the reply to your service request!

Hi, I am in the same boat as you. I sent my package on the 5th, received NOA1 last Sat the date is as 05/08 and I am waiting for Biometrics expecting the mailman brings it today around 7 pm, but now that I see people waiting more than a week after they get the NOA1, I better not get excited to find anything at the mail box

Same here received NOA1 on 5/16 no Bio letter yet,and when I type my receipt number in the check my case web site

there is no record found,it does say in the NOA1 that it wont show until I get the bio letter.

2 weeks now since receipt of NOA1

One person asked that also on the April filers thread. I think they should but I doubt they would do it.

I was wondering which photo they gonna use for 10 yr GC if they do not require to do biometrics now for some of us.

Do they gonna use the same photo which would be 2 yrs old that we have on our conditional GC ? or they gonna send RFE for recent pp size photos? By the way I sent 2 pp size photos with my package just in case even though it was not required.
