My Fiance and I went to our consulate interview a few days ago, It went very well and we were told that she was approved, but that her medical wasn't back yet, which the consul said it was quite normal, we did not think much about it, but we decided to go to clinic were her test were done, We found there that they need it to do a urine drug test, because she admitted to doctor when she did the original check, that she had smoked pot some ten years ago, ok so today she gets a call from the clinic again.that the doctor would like to see her again, could this be because of the pot smoking she admitted to.Can they go back and denied the visa.

The doctor can not but that information can be put into the medical report and then the Embassy makes the final decision. And yes they can change their mind versus what you were told at the interview./ It's all part of the usual AP following an interview.

And from what I've read, former drug use can be a one year ban. All you can do is wait and follow their instructions.
