Hello VJ! I have plans to print out our skype conversation. My question is can i choose a specific time frame of our skype conversation or do i have to print out from the very first time we had skype conversation up to present? I am thinking to print out from the month we first met upto present. Thanks!

This evidence. along with all the other evidences you'll be sending, should support the evolution of your real relationship. Most relationships follow a normal path and the conversations between the two follow suit. Choose specific conversations that support that stage of your relationship....such that when looked at in total, a complete stranger, the Embassy CO, can determine you have a real relationship.

Agreed with the rest, don't print out everything. Only print chats that you want CO to see and how you want a stranger judge your relationship. For me and my fiance, since we had a 3-year relationship prior to filing I-129f, we only submitted like 30 pages of chats, emails and skype snapshots, representing our travel plans each year. I think 50 pages of conversations (esp. with small fonts) is a little too much for anybody to read. Of course, include the meaningful ones, especially for special holidays and occasions like birthdays, christmas, valentine's and anniversaries. Quality always matters more than quantity.

Im using ipad when we skype is it ok if u just screen shot the skype conversation? Will it still look realistic?

There's an option in viber where you can email your text history to yourself. Just go to settings > Calls and messages > email message history. You will be directed to drafting an email with a zip file attachment. The content is in excel format. You can then choose some of the conversations and paste it in word. Depends on how you want to present it.

For skype, I have only included 3 only for skype video snapshots. It will be too big I think if you do a snapshot of every chosen chats. You can also select all or press "ctrl+a" then "copy" so you can paste them in word.

Always remember that how you present your chosen text, email or video exhanges is how you want another person to look at your relationship. It's all up to your discretion. Have a fun time walking down memory lane!

Keep in mind that it is not REQUIRED to provide that stuff with just the initial I-129F packet. When it is time for her interview you are then required to send her all of the information for her to provide to the consulate to show your on-going relationship, while providing this information is fine in the initial packet sent to the USCIS it is not a MUST. #### long as you provide airline tickets, passport stamps, a couple of photos of you together, and the other additional info it requires you to have with the initial packet you are fine.... the chats can be saved until later

What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2):

1. A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one). Your fiance(e) should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well).

2. Send copies of the documentary proof that you submitted with the I-129F for your fiance(e) to have on hand for their interview at the embassy. Your fiance(e) should review this information in advance of the interview (the embassy will have copies of this as well).

3. Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance(e) and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F). 4. I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is signed, with all required supporting evidence. Begin collecting the required information ahead of time, as it can often take several weeks to collect it all

5. You will need several items (for the above form). Gather duplicate evidence of income and resources as appropriate:

(A) Statement from an officer of the bank/financial institution with your deposits, identifying the following: 1. date account opened; 2. total amount deposited for the past year; 3. present balance
(B) Statement(s) from your employer on business stationary showing: 1. Date and nature of employment; 2. salary paid; 3. whether position is temporary or permanent (also include copies of your last two pay stubs and your previous W-2 for the associated employer if available)
© If Self Employed: 1. Copy of last income tax return filed (or IRS transcripts); or 2. report of commercial rating concern
(D) List containing serial numbers and denominations of bonds and name of record owner(s).

Begin collecting these ASAP after your NOA2 arrives. See this FAQ for more tips and useful information on the Affidavit of Support Form.

6. A copy of the NOA2 that you received in the mail. (backup information; the embassy will have copies of this as well)

7. Proof of your ongoing relationship. This needs to be taken to the interview! Include photos, travel documents, emails, online chat logs (pick several over the prior few months), etc.. from between the time you filed and present (NOA1 until date-now).

Examples: Copies of land line and cell phone bills, appropriate emails and letters you have sent including the stamps on envelopes (to document the date they were sent), and other written documentary proof. Provide a reasonable amount; two to four of each type. Pick a range of dates up to and including the present. You can also include a copy of engagement ring receipt (this is something that is a big optional - do not worry if you do not have a ring yet!)

We don't actually chat in Skype unless we can't understand what one or the other is saying verbally. Then we send one or two messages within our video chat. So I took screenshots of the call history with a message during the video chat, emailed it to myself, inserted it into a word document & then printed it that way. I sent 3. I sent one of the very first ones to corroborate the start date of our relationship mentioned in the I-129f Q.34 supplement. Then I sent one from in between that and when we met in person, then one right before we met in person. I also sent in two screenshots of our video chat in Skype. Andrey was so not happy about that because he hated the way he looked. Oh well! (: I just used the Skype log & screenshots to support the time line we were telling them. Emailed them all to myself straight from my iPhone, opened the email on my computer, saved the screenshots as pics, inserted them into Word, resized to fit the page & printed like a normal document. Now for evidence to take to the interview, I'll definitely include a lot more. We don't Skype that often because its too hard to see him but not be with him at this point. So I can probably include every one from when we filed up to our interview date. But I only sent the 3 log screenshots, 2 video chat screenshots, and 2 screenshots from Kik messenger showing the seriousness of our relationship. That's we use every day to communicate.
