Dual citizenship question

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions concerning dual citizenship.

-My fiance and I are currently living in France; he has dual French and Danish citizenship while I am a USC. We are planning on getting married in a few months in Denmark. Is his dual citizenship an issue when we fill out the G-325A form, i.e. does he have to list both nationalities or can he choose one?

-Even though we will be getting married in Denmark, is it a problem if we want to get the visa processed in Paris since we both live in France, or will this create confusion if he puts his Danish citizenship on the application?

Thank you for your advice!

He can list one or both nationalities but he would be better off picking one and sticking with it, for the process. In the end, his visa can only be pasted on only one of his passports.

Regardless or nationality or where you get married, his visa will be processed in the country where he resides. If he lives in France, his visa will be processed through the US Consulate in Paris.

Congrats on the wedding!

I am trying to find the document where it states that the visa will be processed only in the country where the beneficiary resides.

I have googled and all, but I cannot find it.

Could you send me a link?

I know my husband put Paris, France in field 22 of I-130...

I live in Germany but being French I was hoping to have my visa in Paris.
