I just want to make sure that I got everything right before I send the package for I-129F out.

1) cover letter

2) the filled out I-129F form

3) my copy of birth certificate (front and back)

4) intent to marry form (one from her and one from me)

5) photo of her and photo of me with our names on the backs (wasn't sure if these should be loose in the envelope or attached to anything)

6) money order for $170

7) G-325A form for her and for me (all 4 copies for both)

8) Pictures of us together for the past year and a half

I think this is it. Am I missing anything? I am not sure what to do with the photos. Do I just throw them in the envelope and hope they don't fall out and get lost?

Please people who have done this let me know if I got it all so I can send it out. Thanks!!!

I would put the photos in a small envelope or clear plastic bag to prevent them from being lost.

I will assume neither of you have previously been married because you do not mention divorce certificates

If you are able I would suggest a personal check vs. money order as you can more easily track that your payment has cleared.

YMMV

We also put our pictures in clear plastic ziploc bags. I wrote "photo of..." on each and "proof of meeting in the last 2 years" for the bag of our pictures together.

Don't forget question 18 on teh I-129F form.

Sign everything!!!

Also, write K1 visa: I-129F on the envelope - it makes it easier to get to the right people at USCIS.
