Nebraska isn't doing I-129Fs anymore; anyone who sends their application to Nebraska will have it processed at California Service Center.

However, if the form says send it to Nebraska, you still have to send it to Nebraska.

That's what I was afraid of. I hear bad things about California's service center. Has it improved?

February would be your predicted date with today's wait time. Is it past due with September's date?

I know how hard it is to see petitions getting approved when you are waiting. You certainly are due according to the average times here on VJ, but keep in mind some files just take a little longer than others to process. It's the unknown factor that makes it so difficult to keep patient. Hang in there, eventually it will be approved! (F)

It's not as fast as Vermont, but they are certainly picking up speed after lasst year's IMBRA fiasco. The average wait time for the NOA2 out of CSC is 60-90 days with some taking a little longer. This average is without having any RFEs or other delays.

I believe it is because the CSC staff went on Christmas break and forgot to come back!

Our petition was sent to Nebraska and was forwarded to California and yes I had the same concerns however I was approved in October but looking at the processing times for california on the usci website they were still processing March, so it seems that the times on the website are not accurate. Good Luck. It will happen. I now have my interview on the 31st Jan and can't believe I am at last in this final stage
