I think your husband probably knows exactly why he is being refused entry. What crime did he commit and does the Philippines refuse entry to people who commit that crime?

I am sure the nature of the crime matters, so what was it?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

for my opinion the only reason why they will deport your husband are either he committed a crime or he only have one way ticket..coz every tourist should have round trip tickets...but the immigration officers should tell him the problem.coz that's inappropriate way of treating the passengers if your husband knows that he didn't do anything wrong....

I would not focus on him getting admitted 3 times.. Sometimes it takes time for information to reach authorities and they decide to deny. If he committed a crime in the past that falls under the Adam Walsh Act or he is registered as a sexual offender, the Philippine govt might not have had him red flagged the past few times... Now, because of the petition, the USA govt probably notified the PHL govt that he has a crime on his record so they decided to deny him from entering your country. If you do not already know, think you really need to find out what his past crime was... There is a chance he will not be permitted again in your country and your petition be denied... It hinges on what the crime was...

Just fly to Singapore and meet him there and spend time with him.

Before you advocate that she fly somewhere to meet him, don't you think it would be advisable to know what is causing him to be refused entry into the Philippines and why their case is taking 17 plus months to get approval?

but 3 times he came here in the philippines

After the third time, the US flagged his criminal record during the I-130 security checks and sent this information to the Philippines immigration authorities.

They have done this to protect you and the Philippines from him. I hope you know him as well as you think you do and are not putting yourself in danger.

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

September 26th 2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

September 28th 2016: Package delivered
September 30th 2016: Check cashed

November 14th 2016: Attended biometrics appointment
October 30th 2017: Infopass appointment to get I-551 stamp
February 26th 2018: I-751 case number (aka the NOA1 receipt number) becomes trackable
March 14th 2018: Submitted service request due to being outside of processing time.

March 15th 2018: ROC approved. 535 days (1 year, 5 months and 17 days)

March 29th 2018: Card being produced

April 4th 2018: Card mailed out

April 6th 2018: Card in hand. Has incorrect "resident since" date. Submitted service request on I-751 case (typographical error on permanent resident card) and an I-90 online.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

August 15th 2018: Card in hand with correct date. :joy:

October 31st 2018: Potomac sends out a notice stating they have closed out my I-90 per my request. Yay for no duplicate card drama.

I assume because her husband is an AWA offender.

It hasn't been established whether he is an AWA offender or not hence your assumption.
The word Assume comes from the Latin words ###, u and me, and, according to ancient scholars, its meaning, roughly translated is "to make an ### out of u and me".

The word Assume comes from the Latin words ####, u and me, and, according to ancient scholars, its meaning, roughly translated is "to make an #### out of u and me".

The origin of the word is Latin, but not even close to what you say as those words did not exist in Latin (you are taking a joke definition you found in the spoof of the urban dictionary ...

FYI... The words origins are from the Latin word Ad (toward) and Sumere (to take) which makes Assume or "to take towards" these to assume.... (BTW, the word A$$ did not have such a meaning as it is Celtic in origin) and "scholars" NEVER said the a$$ out of u and me thing... It was a saying attributed to Benny Hill! So in the future, without proper research I would hesitate to quote things based n what you "assume" to be truth...

And actually the proper term here is that people are speculating on the crime committed as being AWA and many have said the OP really needs to find out the details of his ban...

It was a Joke. Don't get your underwear in a bundle.

And if you read my earlier statements, I agreed that the OP does need additional information.
