Jan9th and no packet? Mira only got the letter from USE yesterday that they received the petition file Nov 6th. So I called the Embassy this morning 63-2-528-6300 option8 and immediately talked with a nice lady who informed me they had an incomplete address. When I told her the correct address which is on the I129F (????) She asked me where in the Phil that was. I knew I was in trouble then. Anyway, she told me that they would send another by courier tomorrow and she should :help::ranting: expect to see it 1st or 2nd week of Feb. Mira's medcal is Feb 13th, so questions?

1. Is there anything in the packet we can't get from the website, with the exception of the interview letter?

2. What is the procedure at St Lukes with the guard. Would the letter Mira got yesterday informing her of the USE receipt of the physical file along with her passport be sufficient?

3. Failing all that, can she call St Lukes and request that a packet be delivered there?

I know some of that info has been posted b4 but I can't find it. Thanks for you indulgence and help.

yes, you can call the Embassy and request to pick up the package at St Lukes. The Fiancee Visa Appointment Packet and the DS forms can be downloaded. The Appointment letter is what you'll need for the interview.
