I forgot to put the year in the birth dates of my parents. What will happen to that? I triple and or quadruple checked everything but I still missed this one thing just to check my copies that i missed that. Ugh.. stressed out and keep thinking about it up until now.

I wouldn't worry about it. As long as the names biometric info, and other stuff is ok, their birth year should not be an issue.

You can mail a correct form to them.

I had written the wrong last name for my spouse on the application. Took me 4 months to notice..I mailed them...and they corrected it
