What is that barcode sheet I need to send with my civil documents and where should I get it? Or it should be sent with AOS only?

Yes! The one which is generated after paying $230. Print it and attach it with your civil docs.

And dont forget to write the invoice number on the upper right hand of each page you submit.

is it compalsory to write case number on the top??? i send my documents to nvc bt didnt write any case number bt we added barcode cover sheet n it contain case number too

so is ths enough or nt should we get any check list for ths????

You won't have the checklist for that, write your case number on each page just in case it missing some where and NVC easy to know "this page for case number xxxxx" and put it back to your case

Is the barcode sheet the same for the IV Package and for AOS Package? Or is there a different one for each? Please help

They are different for both. The respective bar code sheets are generated after paying the respective fees.
