Is it possible to send AOS /IV PACKAGE at once?

as of april 8, 2014 my husband received an email from nvc that he needs to send the aos package ...is it possible that my husband can send the AOS and the IV Package at once?..... tnx ..your reply is really appreciated...

Yes he can send both AOS and IV packages at the same time. However, put each package in its own envelope then label on the outside of each envelope AOS, IV.

Place the two labeled envelopes in the same larger envelope that will be mailed to NVC for processing.

Don't send the IV package until it's been paid for. It has it's own bar coded cover sheet.

we have paid the iv bill a month ago .... it is just my husband takes time to get his taxes done .... in this regard what we need to do? you really such a big help with me NLR since the time i join vj and start sharing our journey here... thank you so much ...God bless

If you wanted to send the IV package before the AOS package you can do that. Look at my timeline. :) I didn't have a single checklist or RFE in my case. Granted the USCIS local offices were working a bit faster last year, and so was the NVC, but I was done my journey from mailing the I-130 to getting the green card in my hands in exactly 9 months. :)
