Just married recently as you stated if you are married less than 2 years then you will be CR1 if more than 2 years will be IR1

so many people had gone through on these process just do on his/her own work trying to save some cents on their pocket unless your case involve of some previous crime of any other mean of crime and that can possibly jeopardize your case

If you know yourself and your partner So much about why do you need to have a lawyer if that does not really need it this is just an opinion of mine

As myself is hard to assume in that way,

Let us say we are working our papers at the same case the same time but the only different thing was i have not hired a lawyer so in these case what you will think the prediction of which of them are going first to finish to process.. and my answer i dont know so what am trying to relay it is not just if you have a lawyer or not, everysingle case has always come to first in line unless if there any circumtances might cause of delay (lacking or missing documents).

Is like you been in the line for half an hour then suddenly one person came up on your line and saying can i go ahead on the line am in hurry so do you think you let them tru?

I would definitely do it on your own! All of the forms come with instructions, and also you can read up about the Casablanca consulate on this site, and what they look for and what you would need to present your case in the best way possible. Certainly Lawyers are very helpful, but this can be done on your own if you want to save money. Hiring a lawyer DEFINITELY does not make it go faster, other than they *might* fill out the paperwork faster than you. Other than that, once it is mailed to whatever USCIS location you need to mail it too, your petition will be handled just like everyone else's. I hope that you find this process not too stressful and for the stressful moments, some peace. Good luck and God bless :) :) :)
