G-325A continuation sheet (split topic)

Hello. I am making my continuation sheet for my G-325A based off of the suggestions given in this thread. The suggestions were shown using a i-130 in which each line is numbered. The G-325A is not numbered so I wanted to see if this looks OK. Any feedback is very much appreciated. One more thing is that current employer which is Line 1 of the first section is the same as “Last occupation abroad” since I still live abroad. It says “if not shown above” but I feel like if I don’t include it they may consider the form incomplete even though it is redundant information. Do you think this looks ok?

Beneficiary: “last name, first name”

Petitioner: “last name, first name”

Addendum to G-325A for “my name” (continuation sheet), Section “Applicant’s employment last five years. Full Name and Address of Employer”, 1st and 2nd lines and “Last occupation abroad if not shown above.”

Full Name and Address of Employer

Line 1

"address"

Line 2

"address"

Last occupation abroad if not shown above.

"address"

LAST NAME, first name, date

(I will sign my signature in ink with a pen below)

Actually you posted your initial inquiry on an old two year old thread in the China Regional Forum, and I made the comment that you should start a new thread. I would surmise that since your timeline is absent the mod moved your posting to the General Immigration-Related Discussion Forum, likely thinking that you would get an adequate response there.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/490127-g-325a-continuation-sheet-split-topic/

Your inquiry is about your wife's visa process, yet you have re-posted this in the K-1 process forum? This forum is for fiance(e) visas...

:time: It helps everyone that uses the forum. Additionally, it enables other forum members to provide appropriate responses relative to your specific immigration situation.

Good luck in your immigration journey.

Sorry for posting it in the wrong section. I was just trying to post in an existing thread that was somewhat relevant instead of cluttering the board with new topics. I am new to this so I am still not sure about many things.

I created my timeline now. There really isn’t much information I can include right now since we are still in the process of putting together our I-130 packet to send to the Chicago Lockbox for my Japanese wife’s application.

It says in my timeline that we have the Texas Service Center but that just seems to be what the system defaults to if you don’t enter anything. We do not have a service center yet since we still haven’t sent anything out.

Anyway, any feedback that someone can provide about the continuation sheet would be very helpful since I am still unsure if it is acceptable or not.

Thank you very much.

For the "abroad" question, you can simply write "see above" in that section and the form will not be considered incomplete.

As for your continuation sheet, your template looks good.

I added an addendum listing my previous addresses for the last five years. In that case, I just needed more rows than what was provided. Therefore, I just typed out a new G-325A and did a screen capture and pasted it onto the addendum.

I wrote something quite similar to what you did for the addendum. I also signed and dated the addendum as I read that someone had suggested that in a different thread.

Good luck!
